Global ECM Solutions, ancora Software and Fuelsoft have partnered to create an innovative solution to automate purchase invoice processing. With Global ECM Solutions acting as the systems integrator, ancoraDocs’ document classification and data capture software is used to intelligently recognize, classify, process and capture key data from invoices, and updating the Fuelsoft financial accounting system. This process provides more accurate data to Fuelsoft much faster and greatly reduces manual keying errors.
The resulting images are stored within the industry-leading Laserfiche electronic document management solution, supplied by Global ECM. LaserFiche cross-references documents for quick and easy retrieval, as well as providing robust security, audit trail, and records retention management features. The Laserfiche solution also provides a paperless invoice approval process based on customer-specific business rules within its integral workflow capabilities.
To further simplify the implementation and end user training Laserfiche is integrated with Fuelsoft so that documents relating to accounting data can be seamlessly retrieved and viewed via the Fuelsoft interface. The users continue to use the Fuelsoft solution as they always had with the addition of the Laserfiche capabilities.
